Commissions - Terms of Service

I may decline a commission if the character is too complicated for my skill level or the subject makes me uncomfortable.
After the sketch has been approved additional prices may apply for big alterations. Minor color changes or small alterations on details are free of charge.
Additional costs may apply for detailed backgrounds, animals, pets or complicated props.
The client agrees to pay 5% PayPal International Transaction Fee if applicable.
If there is an unforeseen event/emergency where I am unable to complete the illustration I have the right to cancel a commission and refund the client.

All commissions discussed in this agreement are for personal/non-commercial use only. This means the commissioner may: print it on any item, give it to others as a gift, upload it on their social media accounts, use it as avatar, etc. It may not be mass reproduced and resold.
I may share a watermarked copy on my own social media or portfolio, unless the client asks me not to do so.
If the client wishes to upload the whole image online they should credit me in the caption.
I will never merchandise the commission unless I have asked for and received the client’s written permission.
The client can resize the final commission or adjust the brightness for printing purposes but any other kinds of modifications are not allowed.
I do not claim ownership of any intellectual property drawn in the commission unless it is my own original character. However, I the artist, hold rights to the produced illustration and nobody else can claim that it was drawn by them. A separate contract will be written if the client wishes to buy a license for commercial use.

No refunds after the lineart has been fully rendered and for painterly style no refunds after the base colours have been blocked in.
